WARRANTY CLAIMS BEWARE! Will perform work without prior authorization AND then expect payment for said services when your warranty company doesn't cover the charges. Misleading to clients and would never recommend, despite having 24 hour emergency service.

I had an old water heater that started leaking, and Restano came same day I called to replace it for me. There were in and out of here in about an hour to install the new one. The guys that installed my new water heater were professional and nice.

Today we had a very good experience working with Christian! I had a clog in my toilet again and he explored every option to fix it for me. In the end we ended up replacing the toilet but he stayed and completed the job. He was great at explaining everything to us and just overall did a wonderful job. We Are very pleased with his work and would Def recommend him!

I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. The only bad thing is I called Sunday evening was to have umber on call. My hot water wouldn't shut off in tub. I waited a hour. Said they call tech on call every 15 minutes. Had to call neighbor at 12.30am to see if he could shut off my running hot water. They never called tell 7.30am this morning. I was up most of night waiting for call

One of their workers darted out in the street, almost causing a tbone accident. Had no care in the world. Saw me coming because there wasn't traffic. I wouldn't want that kind of personality doing any labor work for me.
