CJ was the technician who was assigned the annual Spring maintenance on my HOC system. Although that was the assignment, while looking at everything he found other issues that needed to be brought into proper working order. All of which left me more knowledgeable about my thermostat, corrected a condensation flow line, and over all made me extremely happy. His work ethics were way above what has become the norm in today’s service environment. A refreshing experience to say the least. Thank you CJ!
