I had the pleasure of working with Matt in getting my plumbing stack unclogged. He was very diligent in diagnosing the problem and explained everything to me very simply. His work was done very timely. I had a question about my water heater and he answered it on the spot and set me up with an appointment to get it taken care of. Very fair and reasonable pricing. The best part is I called Monday and Matt was here 8am on Tuesday! I reccomend!!!

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Sean and Denny came today and installed a new furnace today. They are very professional and tidy. The new furnace looks much nicer than the old one.
Their customer service is top notch, the call center was very friendly, and Brad came out that day.
