Poor customer service attitude. Repeatedly forgets to follow up.

Talk about awesome service! Nathan and his guys are the nicest people. Friendly, responsive, reasonable in the pricing. Krupp Whitney saved the day for us and has been absolute top-notch. We have worked with several other plumbers/plumbing companies in the North Hills area and I would never use anyone but Krupp Whitney again.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I found out I had a gas leak in my home around 11am in the morning. The gas company obviously shut the gas off until the leak could be identified and and the line could be repaired. I immediately started calling places because it’s been so cold out and knew it could get to zero or below at night. Orion Plumbing called me back immediately sent someone out within an hour or so. He quickly found the issue and spent all day replacing the outside pipe leading into the house (snow on the ground and temperature between 15 and 20) so that the gas company could come back out before it got dark so we’d have heat overnight. He was so nice, letting me know every step of the way what he was doing. He even stayed until the gas company came to make sure everything was alright, and tested the furnace, stove, and hot water tank to make sure they were all working correctly before he left. Knowing this is a ridiculously busy season for them, I don’t have words to express how grateful I am that they came out to fix it that day. Fady, the owner who was also busy, stopped to bring supplies, and was also extremely nice. I really can’t say enough good things, but would definitely recommend them, and I will be using them for any plumbing concerns I have in the future.

I had to get a dye test when selling my home, and thought I needed to get another type of plumbing inspection done. When calling around to get information and estimates, Chris was the most responsive and helpfully explained the process (I originally was getting the information mixed up and didn’t end up needing to schedule the other inspection). I would highly recommend all-pro Pittsburgh back flow - they were very helpful, professional and great value!

They did great work replacing my gas service line and they did it quickly and professionally. All at a very reasonable able price!

You Cannot Find a More Honest, Reasonably Priced Plumber! If you want folks who take care of your needs honestly and with great integrity, look no further. I would trust them with the keys to my house. They will do only what is necessary, charge you a fair and reasonable price, (much less than comparable plumbers) and come as quickly as possible. (Once we had a gushing leak and they came within 20 minutes!) They are a throwback to the good old days of small, family-owned businesses.

Drain to the street backed up and over flowed onto my driveway and garage. Mark Puzas had his tech Robert come out on short notice and Robert took his time and now the line is clean no more back ups.
I will be a customer for life.

We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

Brandon from B and R Mechanical did a great job for our business. We asked for his help on two occasions and he showed up on time and did a great job on both occasions. Brandon is a hard worker, professional and gets the job done. I will definitely be calling Brandon the next time I need a plumber.

Matt Mertz Plumbing was recommended to us by two of our clients so we reached out when we needed to address an issue pertaining to our storm/sewer lateral. Technician, Chris Sperl, stopped by our home and gave me excellent advice, though it cost him the opportunity to do the work I thought I wanted. Chris was experienced, friendly, and professional. We have used Brickhaas Pluming on two separate occasions now. I could not be happier with their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They are responsive when you contact them. Every technician that I have delt with (four in total, including Gary) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not go anyplace else wile I am in the Pittsburgh area. Great experience with an honest company that solved a problem with a water temperature and pressure issue in the kitchen. Handled efficiently and professionally. The fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future. This review was for work done at my Mother’s home today (Reta Ross), she does not have a Google account but feels everyone should know how wonderful this company truly is. I am glad I suggested she call Cirigliano Plumbing and is pleased with the results.

Just want to give a shout-out to Bauer Plumbing. We had a leaky pipe in the basement that suddenly gushed. I called a bunch of places and no one could come out until Tuesday (or even called back).
George Bauer called me back minutes after I spoke with his answering service. He had a team here within an hour and they finished replacing the pipe (and assessing for any other risks) in short order.
They were friendly, courteous and professional, and I didn't feel like I was taken to the cleaners when I was given the invoice. Highly recommend!

They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!
