I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. Great experience with an honest company that solved a problem with a water temperature and pressure issue in the kitchen. Handled efficiently and professionally. The fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future. We used Pittsburgh Plumbing and Sewers last year for a number of projects including our kitchen renovation (moving plumbing lines and hvac plus full install), washer and dryer install and replacement of outdoor drains and fresh air vent. Chris who we worked with was very professional, honest and communicated with us throughout the whole project and completed our job a lot sooner than we expected. While we don’t want to go through home renovations again anytime soon, we would absolutely trust no one else. Highly recommended.

I had a backed up sewer and contacted Frank on a Sunday, within 5 minutes he replied back. He was able to fit me in the next day. Within just a few minutes of getting there he had the clog removed. Great guy, I highly recommend him!

Got their info thru Angi list. Called and explained the problem I was having with a kitchen ceiling. The contractor asked for my address & photos which I sent the next day. I just wanted a quote but I was gonna hire them regardless of the price. 1 day passed then second day, third day pass as well. No response or called from them. I finally text the guy and asked if they were able to make it to my home for the quote and all he said was “no”.

I we had Pawlak Plumbing Inc come out to replace the original 1940s laundry sink and master bathroom toilet. The job Justin did was outstanding and the pricing we incredibly reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber and will be using them for my plumbing needs in the future as wells

Terry’s Plumbing was extremely helpful with a quote and advice on some plumbing work needing done when another place was price gouging. Quick response times, all employees were friendly and helpful, and the in person walkthrough took no time at all. If you have a plumbing issue call Terry’s first. It will save you a lot of time, aggravation, and money.

Do Not Use! The company is very unprofessional and work is messy. From the beginning call the office assistant was disrespectful and quoted us at one price. After the work was mishandled and we expressed dissatisfaction she raised the agreed upon price and told us “just pay us and go away”. I asked to talk to the owner, she said she was the owner. I questioned her role at which time, she noted she was the wife of the owner so therefore she was in charge. I would never recommend this company to my worse enemy.
