Chris came out the very same day we called. Instead of just going right at where we thought the problem was, he took some time to understand our house's whole configuration, and then he solved the problem at a site that was quite remote from where the problem seemed to be. This was a far cheaper fix than it would have been if a less-capable individual had tried to fix the problem by going straight at it, where it was manifesting. And, by doing it same-day, our general contractor could keep working. Then, Chris explained the organization of our house's plumbing system. That knowledge alone was worth the price. A nightmare situation was avoided, and it could not have gone better.

Would like to work with them. They came out for an estimate last Wednesday toward the end of the day. Work included 'urgent' driveway drain snaking since water was backing up into garage. They said their scheduling dept was probably gone for the day that day, which was understandable, but that they would get back to me on Thursday of Friday. It's now the end of Tuesday and still no word from them. I'm sure they're busy and they probably do great work (judging by other reviews here), but it seems them didn't want my business. They never got back to me with either a phone call or email after 4 business days on urgent work. Oh well.

We received 4 inches of rain in two days and my basement floor drain clogged. Our 120 year old basement usually takes on some water during heavy rain and it's usually not a big deal because the floor is intentionally sloped toward the center drain, but because of the clog it started to pool and became a few inches deep.

Bob from the Brookline Plumber was able to make a service call the same morning I called and professionally solved the problem and cleaned out the drain and trap. Reasonably priced, too. Would use again and recommend.

I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Vince was a real life saver. City did some work on the water lines and in the process caused a blockage of my sewer line. Vince was there within a few hours and met with me and schedule the snaking for the next morning. He was able to diagnose with blockage and pin point where it was. He also reviewed the footage sent from the city and determined that it wasn’t even my house. His expertise allow me to go to the city with full confidence and have the issue resolved. All he charged me for was for the snaking and his creditable was essential in this process. Thank you Vince

When the water company came knocking on our door to alert us of a leak within our service line we immediately contacted Brian with Diesel Plumbing. He provided clear instruction on what we needed to do. We contacted the leak detection company and alerted Brian to when our appointment was scheduled. Shortly after the leak detection company came and completed their assessment Brian arrived and evaluated the situation, he put a plan in place and was back with his machines first thing Monday morning! Strongly recommend! I needed a mini excavator for 3 days to replace a retaining wall and extend a pipe line. A number of businesses in area had them to rent and decided to rent from Reliable Pro Plumbing & Excavating. The rental and delivery / pickup price was much cheaper. Upon delivery Jason Mavilla spent as much time as needed to teach me to use it. When I had a question one morning, he immediately answered the phone and helped me.
