Best Annual Furnace Check in Pittsburgh PA

We recently moved to Pittsburgh and were looking for a solid plumbing and heating company. Based on South Side Plumbing & Heating's reviews and my conversations with Bill and John, we hired them for a major plumbing fix and new A/C installation and couldn't be happier. We were in the process of selling our home and had a issue with our sewer main not passing test due to a cracked elbow at the foundation. Gillece quoted us $16,000.00 !!!! The guy who came out went out to his truck and called back to the office to discuss what needed done and his office gave him that number...so he says ... Long story short our realtor referred us to a local plumber and he did it in 8 hours for $2,300.00 ...I can't believe these people are in business don't let them take advantage of you!

We are selling our house and buyers’ inspection said there was a clog at the house trap. As a large family, plus just hosted another family of 5 for a week, we didn’t believe there was a clog, however, agreed to hire a plumber as part of closing. Tim called a day early and said there was a cancellation and could he come for the appointment. We agreed and explained the situation. Over the phone he said, “I can come, but we often can’t get our cameras through cast iron pipes. I can’t guarantee after I come out, they’ll even get their cameras through” We agreed to have him come as we were under contract to but LOVED his honesty! He was WONDERFUL. Turns out he was right, no clog. But our bill was exactly what he stated, no lies for extra services, no hidden fees. Will definitely hire again!
