I was able to have someone answer my call after 7pm and set up an appointment for me the next day. I received a call to let me know the plumber was on the way. He discussed with me the options and showed me the cost of each. We began with the most conservative approach but the drain was still a problem after he did things to ensure it would stay open. When I decided to go ahead with the hydrojetting, he was able to get the necessary equipment and help in less than an hour. The clog was difficult and tough to resolve for a few reasons, but Larry kept working on it and then double and triple checked to make sure this flow would remain. It was clear by the camera footage, I saw that the previous plumber had not done the hydrojetting I had previously paid for.Larry treated our home as he would want someone to treat him. I was a little skeptical about calling Penguin as the add I saw for a low price AC tune up for only $29.95 seemed a bit too good to be true. I spoke to a very friendly scheduler who assured me that there would be no add on charges and she was able to arrange for a tech to come out the next day.I was impressed when Travis gave a curtesy call to let me know he was about 45 minutes away which was great as I was not left all afternoon wondering when he would arrive.Travis arrived promptly and got to work on my outside unit. I went out and asked him how it was going and he told me my unit had got dusty from the recent dust storms but otherwise was in pretty good shape. Travis seemed very knowledgeable and very professional and was able to give me some good tips on using my AC more efficiently.I was very impressed with his knowledge and most importantly that he did not try to press me to buy services or upgrade my machine. When I get this sort of service that is honest and professional but without pushing or trying to sell me things I might not need I tend to become a customer for life because I have trust in a company that is honest but does not push you to buy unnecessary products or services.I feel happy with the tune up Travis gave to my AC and I will certainly be using Penguin again.Really pleased that I have found a trustworthy company to turn to should I have a problem with my AC in the future and I am going to be using them again for service calls.
