Technician (Aaron) was awesome. He had to climb a small fence and deal with a tree to service the unit...not to mention going into the attic when it was 105 degrees outside. He was beyond courteous and said he liked the fence and the tree because it made his job more interesting. I really can’t leave a review that’s as positive as the service I received. Day and Night responded to me immediately !!Shaun did a thorough evaluation of my system, made recommendations and showed me options for the new system and explained the benefits of each. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and spoke in a manner that I understood all that was being presented. Very pleased so far, Tuesday is my install, so I'll review further afterwards.
