They came with their own shoe covers and a positive attitude. Lou assessed the issue immediately and was able to give us a quote. They cleared up the misinformation I was given by other companies and said they could start the job that day. Both were very attentive and kindly answered the millions of questions I had. My dad is super picky and old-school when it comes to his ways. He was on the phone the entire time and had me double-check everything. But Lou and Adam were so cooperative when it could have been annoying (which I dearly appreciate). They labeled everything clearly and made sure it was cleaned up. My dad was even happy! We also love the company's mission and background. I now know who to call for any plumbing issues and will recommend to others.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.
