I live in a new Lennar community. Reached out to Chas Roberts as my unit stopped working and they are the initial installer. The woman I spoke with initially last night (4/28/22) was very nice actually. Let me know she would have someone contact me this morning. I did actually receive a call this morning. I let the woman I was speaking with this morning know I believed my capacitor was no longer working. She let me know it would be May 11th at the earliest she could schedule a tech out. I just laughed. A capacitor takes about 10 minutes to install. What's a bigger shame is I was a huge advocate for Chas Roberts in Tucson after spending just under 30 yrs in the homebuilding industry. I had created a great relationship with Dan their GM at the time. My family moved to the PHX area two years ago to be closer to grandkids. What I can tell you is I will never refer Chas Roberts PHX for anything moving forward. I did find a local company and talked with the owner within 15 minutes of the Chas Roberts debacle this morning. He showed up to my home within 45 minutes of my call and had us up and running again within 5 minutes of his arrival. If you live in Surprise and our reading this, please reach out and I will provide the name of an AWESOME AND RESPONSIVE HVAC COMPANY.

I had such a positive experience working with Day & Night Air Conditioning. Within 2 days, I went from a call, to a flawless installation. The whole company was wonderful to work with from scheduling to installation, they are all friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed and appreciated the follow up and care that Mike had on the project. I was extremely happy and will recommend to everyone.
