Speaking of lack of professionalism I asked for a quote for an electrical rewire of my house your guy didn't even bother to come down to my house to inspect it he just gave me a quote over the phone sight unseen for an outrageous amount which was 2 to 3 times the price everybody else quoted me for that same job.
