I am a single father and military member that just moved into a new home and wanted to run a gas line for my dryer. I called Apr 26th and scheduled for someone to come out on Apr 29th to provide an estimate. They don't provide an estimated time when you are put on the schedule, but say that they will call you the day of to let you know. I took the day off from work for this and another appointment, but on the 29th I didn't hear from anyone all day. I finally called them at 3pm and was told they are undermanned and could have someone there in an hour and a half. 3 hours later and no phone call and no one showed up. I called on Friday and complained about the lack of communication and had a supervisor return my phone call promising that someone would call on Monday to ensure I was on the schedule the next week. On Monday I got a call from Heather and was told that the options were Wed or Thur, so I requested Wed and was told that someone would contact me that morning with a time. It's now Wed and I hadn't heard from anyone by 10 am, so I called them. I was told that I was scheduled for Tue and that a tech came to my house around 10:15 and called me, but they got no answer. I was home Tue morning from 8-10 for another appointment and left around 10:15 and no one showed up or called, on top of that Heather said that if she told me Wed, that was wrong as they do estimates on Tue and Thur and made it sound like it was my fault for her telling me the wrong date. They don't call, they don't show up, and they blame the customer for their mistakes, so now I have to go even longer with no laundry in my own home. Contact another business that will provide you an up front date and time and won't jerk you around.

Hybrid water heater placed 3 years ago with prior home owner, still under warranty. Called several times this morning to their various phone numbers and left message and no response regarding our leaking water heater. Do not rely on them in emergency, had to go with a different company.

Their driver almost just caused a 4 car accident then he got on the highway and way doing about 100 because he pulled away and was out of sight within seconds. Horrible driver this business should not allow that
