After receiving multiple quotes for plumbing services on our new home, we decided to use Pink Plumbing and sewer.

Omar came over and explained everything to me in detail. He was very friendly and honest (something the others didn’t do). He explained what would be replaced and why. My husband and I already knew what we needed done ahead of time and I was very impressed at Omar’s professionalism.

He came to our home the day of work and did everything he said he would do. The work came out amazingly great, even our neighbor noticed how hardworking and dedicated he was to making the job good.

After sending 3 technicians to service our water heater, Pruitts installed a generic element in our water heater which still didn’t fix the problem we called about (no hot water) and it made the situation worse, it turned our water yellow. When we brought this all up to them they then said “oh sorry your home warranty won’t cover this because you have a commercial water heater not a residential.” So they were happy to come 3x and only after they couldn’t fix the problem and actually made the situation worse did they tell us they can’t help us and our warranty won’t cover it.

We needed to re-line all of our old cast iron sewer pipes due several cracks and root intrusions. This was causing multiple backups and sewer odors running through our bathroom. Ran across Peerless Plumbing and Christian quickly came out for an evaluation and estimate. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Lindsey, who handles all customer service, was also a pleasure to work with. When I scheduled the job, the crew that came out was amazing. They were very skilled and professional, and they even looked out for my dog while they were working! The work itself that they did was amazing and gave me peace of mind. They sent me videos of the newly lined pipes and they looked phenomenal. And the best part was that they did all this work without digging through my foundation, it was all trenchless using the NuDrain technology. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Peerless. From now on, they are the only plumbing company I will use and trust. I highly recommend them for any job, especially for a big ticket item like pipe relining. You won't regret it.

This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.

Shannon was very knowledgeable and did a great job addressing our needs, fixed a leaky shower faucet and installed a new shut off valve for our sprinkler system.
