Arrived late for a sewer line inspection for my client on a home I have under contract. Arrived and said "oh it's a 2-story I won't get up there." Me okay..(found a part of the roof with a vent stack for access on the single story roof section). He then said, "I can't get up there. I just had shoulder surgery....oh and plus, I don't even have a ladder on my van." Say what??? Left and did absolutely nothing. Now my buyer and I are let scrambling at the last minute on the final day of our due diligence period.

It sucks having to call a plumber!!! Most of the time you, never know how much it’s gonna cost before they arrive. But with Armando he carefully explained prices over the phone and situation where the prices would change. This is a very rare occurrence in the plumbing industry. It’s a huge value to customers. Armando arrived on time, actually earlier than quoted, but of course they called me ahead of time to make sure it was OK. Quality work that they clearly take pride in. Will was the technician that came out to hydrogen my sewer lines. He was on time , very professional and thorough. Even showed me the camera as it traveled through the lines both before & after the hydrojetting. I was very impressed with their service.
