Tech James Estes came out to take a look at our big blue filter housing after we suspected a crackAs it was leaking in the garage. James quickly got that taken care of with a replacementHousing through the warranty. Also wanted him to take care of our squeeling toilet. James quickly got all the parts replacedIn the toilet to fix that as well. Great, friendly service, explained everything he was doing and what the costs would be. Ben Franklin has been great for all our plumbing needs and the tech James was great today as well.
