I was impressed with the fact he knew exactly where to go. I know he is a professional, however, you do not get that service everywhere.I am sold on Parker& Sons. An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. We chose RP Gas to install a new gas line to our fireplace, based on the rave reviews they have received. They did not disappoint! From the day I made initial contact with them all the way to job completion, they were instantly responsive and accommodating. Christine, in the office, is a huge asset to the company and sets the tone. Everyone who came to the house to assess and to do the work was polite, professional, and prompt. It was quite a big job and we are thrilled to be able to use our (now gas) fireplace this upcoming winter more than we were ever able to use it as a wood burner.
