We weren’t ready then but when we were they were very punctual and text me their arrival time for confirmation. During all this Covid illness they were willing to come to our water heater rescue. The water heater is still on the list but our sink started leaking all over the counter. We called Zippity again to replace it. They had scheduling issues this time and had to arrive the next day. Working from home made that possible. The new sink is great! Thanks again Zippity!
