Valleywide needed to enter my property to repair a drain line in a condo on another floor of a high-rise. It was a complicated issue, and in the end Valleywide did a fantastic job, I even had the owner come out and speak with me and apologize. Very professional.

I used this company to fix our water main. When they did the installation they cut the line to our sprinkler system. I called them when I realized our sprinklers were not working. They said they cannot do anything, but would have the owner call me. I never heard anything. I called a few weeks later and spoke to the owner who said they didn't cut the line to the sprinklers and they had pictures. I asked if he could come take a look. He said he would come out the next day and I never heard from them again. I had to hire another company to fix this and this added another $1200 on to my bill above the few thousand I paid Charity plumbing.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.
