My service tech, Lance, showed up at the time of the appointment. He and a new guy were personable and efficient, first step on the job got done and cleaned up in a timely fashion.

I called in the early evening and the technician arrived early the next morning(1/23/2019). The installer's name was Don. He gave me a price for the new water heater, new parts, and labor. The installation went very smoothly, and my new heater was up and running about 2 hours later. As promised, he took the heater they replaced, and left a very clean work area. These folks work fast, work clean, and the work is of high quality. They are are great!

Scott was very professional. He called and arrived when he indicated and gave us a very reasonable price for the work. I would highly recommend A Better Place and will say that we will be using Scott for any future work around our home.
