APES is the company to call if you are looking for someone who will treat you like you are an ape (I guess that’s what they are company stands for, apes). I was referred to them by my leasing company; the lady dispatcher was very rude yelled at me and was very condescending. I rather live with my plumbing issue or pay out of pocket before letting someone treat me like that

I recently had some plumbing renovation work done on my bathrooms, and couldn't be happier with the service techs and their work. Both Cameron and Troy did a great job with the plumbing work to my new shower, as well as the installation work on a new toilet. They went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right when some unforseen drainage issues came up that they needed to spend extra time on. I really appreciate the speed and quality work they performed. Thank you Day & Night!!

The good. Pretty quick to respond to my call. Estimate was provided fairly quickly and the work was done the next day. The bad. Very very expensive, detailed quotes are not provided just a bottom line price. Based on my estimate of the price of the parts needed to repair my system it would seem their labor rate is around $200/hour or higher. I although it appears they did a good job on the repairs I would not use them again because of the price and lack of details on the quote. Unfortunately I was not in a position to shop around for multiple quotes this time.
