Definitely operate how a company should with good communication, arriving in a timely manner during the window they provided when setting the appointments, and great overall service with good quality work. Great customer service and honest workmanship.

Got a service window from 12-2 for an emergency causing drains to back up into the house. The dispatcher said they would try to get there sooner if they could. Technician was able to arrive only a half hour after I called (three hours before the service window started) and solve the issue quickly for less cost than I expected.

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

3 phone calls and conversations. Promises. Nada. Couldn't even get them out to my house after 3 calls. Even gave days inbetween. They might be great - but I couldn't even get past the gatekeeper.
