Best Irrigation in Phoenix AZ

The man driving the company van tried to run me into the wall on the 51 freeway and 101 freeway curve today at 230pm. He harassed me for several miles by tailgating me nearly hitting me on multiple occasions. This person is clearly a bully and used his vehicle to threaten and bully me out of his way. I would stay clear of this vehicle and wouldn't let him near my family or home. God for bid you piss him off. He drives a white van that says Quail Plumbing on the sides. Please pray for this man that he will find a better way to deal with his emotions. And pray for all the drivers out here in Phoenix. Hopefully no one is hurt by this man.

We need our valve replaced under our sink in order for HomeDepot to install our new dishwasher (they refused to install until this was replaced). We called Plumbers of Maricopa and they responded right away. Not only did they fix our valve, they installed our new dishwasher! Very nice employees and great service. We’ve used Charity Plumbing numerous times dealing with old plumbing in our 1950’s home. Weather it was addressing major issues like replacing our sewer lines or a simple leak they’ve always been respectful and responsive to our needs and budget. After many years in sales I hate any attempt at an “up sell”. Lucky for us Charity has never pushed anything on us or recommended needless services and memberships. We first used this company after meeting the owner through a non-profit helping LGBTQ youth that we both support. Thank you Charity Plumbing.

Similar experience to some of the poor reviews. Tech (Jordan) came out to fix two leaks, gave a quote for changing two valves, one in front yard and one in back. He said these were causing the leaks. I left for work and he called when he finished up and I paid over the phone. Quote was $440, which I thought was high for 2 valves, but gave the green light anyway. When I got home, only one valve was changed, back yard leak was still there...and he dug up my grass and removed my center sprinkler head?!?. We had never even discussed doing anything in the grass. The back leak was near a side fence in rocks...which he didn't even touch.
I called Jordan and left a VM that night. When I didn't hear back the entire next day I called the Discount main line the day after and told them I wanted someone to come out to fix it, but a different technician. They ultimately told me there's nothing they can do unless I wanted Jordan to come back out. Very shady! (Over) Charged for work that wasn't even done. And took a sprinkler head out unnecessarily. I since found the leak in the back (not hard to find) and it was a crack in a main PVC line, not a valve. Maybe a $20 fix that I'll be doing myself this weekend. Business owner myself and can't believe that given the opportunity to make it right, they just failed miserably. Just a shady operation and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
