Best Indoor Air Handler in Phoenix AZ
Parker and Sons dispatch put us on the response list Sunday afternoon and arrived within 2 hours. Our technician Travis went straight to work to repair our outdoor faucet pipe that had broken within our cinderblock wall. The work was completed very professionally and Travis. Informed us every step along the way. We were very happy with the results.

My fan motor recently started to squeak at the house and chose to give ACE Services a call as they were local. Tech came out the following morning as planned and proceeded to evaluate the unit. Turns out the fan motor was in fact bad and indicated there was another part needed to be replaced, I believe the small capacitor. I was quoted around $1,000 dollars and I felt that was too high as motors are fairly cheap. I instructed the tech to put the unit back together as I wanted to get a second quote. He did so, I paid the service fee and he and we discussed approximate costs for a new unit as mine is about 7 years old. He gave me a ballpark figure and went about his day. I immediately called a second company and they came out and completed all repairs including a new motor, and small capacitor (I believe), all installed for $300 bucks including trip charge, taxes and a 2 year warranty on parts and labor with no additional trip charges if the unit should need further attention. This morning the door bell rang and it was ACE Services indicating they were here to install the new unit...I was shocked. Not only are their prices extremely high, but there is some apparent disorganization as I somehow ended up being on their list to have my unit replaced. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere.
