The technician did a great job installing my new unit which was under warranty. The charge for labor was outrageous as I could have bought a new one at home depot and had them install it for what I was charged just for labor. The plumber that initially installed the unit only charged me $100, so I was shocked when I was told what my bill was. The company did take off $200 after I called to complain, but I almost paid $500 for a switch out. I know plumbers are expensive, but that was ridiculous in my opinion. Giving 3 stars due to the cost.

We called Integrity Plumbing and talked to Mel. Never ever have we had someone working on our plumbing who was as genuine a person and professional as he and his staff were. Our water had to be shut off and they made sure the job was done correctly and timely. I give Integrity Plumbing our highest recommendations!

The water heater failed at my rental property and I appreciated how quickly I was serviced. The installer was wonderful!

Only negative is that I did request three times a copy of a paid invoice which is needed for my CPA and I never did get one.
