I have to change this from a 3 star to 1 star rating after some follow-up.I called Brazil to unclog a toilet. I was told by their plumber that it would be approx $200 to auger, $400 to install a toilet that I purchased or $800 if they install their own Toto toilet. I went the auger route since there was nothing wrong with the toilet other than the clog.After about 10 minutes of a wretched scraping noise I was told by the plumber that the clog was so bad that it broke his auger and when he tried to get a camera down there the opening was so small that the camera could not get in far enough to see anything.I went to my local big box to price out a new toilet and I was told by the salesperson that what Brazil was saying seemed a little severe and most toilet clogs could be opened using a flange plunger (I had tried a regular plunger with no luck).I invested in the flange plunger and had the toilet unclogged in 10 minutes. It didn't cost the $800, $400 or even the $200 that Brazil wanted...it was just a $7 flange plunger and 10 minutes of my time.Even though Brazil did not charge me because they did not resolve anything I am now left with a perfectly fine (and working ) toilet with multiple scratches. I hesitated to post a picture because it seemed a little crass but I just wanted to show the type of work that Brazil should be proud of.I have been using them for A/C and plumbing for over a decade. Trust takes years to gain and minutes to lose. They have lost mine.

I wish I had known about Scott and his business sooner. I will definitely be using again in the future!
