We have used Parker and Sons for our AC needs and now our plumbing needs. We came home from vacation to find a main water line pipe burst in our attic. Our office was completely flooded. We called Parker and Sons and they were at our home within three hours (on a Saturday). Gennero was our plumber and he was awesome! He not only diagnosed the issue but he also guided us on what our next steps were. He had a company come out to start drying up everything and fixed the pipe that night! We will never use another company. Parker and Sons is definitely the way to go.

First off, our technicians name was Ron S. After having dealt with another company (Penguin Air) the same day with absolutely no results, and yet we definitely needed our plumbing unclogged, we decided to try George Brazil. From the moment that Ron S walked in our front door, it was not a matter of 'If' he could fix the drains, but pretty much a step by step of what he was going to do to get them working properly again. When all was said and done, he fixed the clogging issue and we couldn't be more satisfied with the work performed. In all honesty, either the technician at Penguin Air is just that in competent and/or he needs a lot of additional training because the tools used by Ron S to fix our problem were the same ones used by the technician from Penguin Air in which he said that absolutely nothing more could be done to remove the clog.
