After having our 2 AC systems replaced 5 months ago, we had a question and called Parker & sons. They would not answer a question and said that we would have to pay them $80.00 to have a tech come out to answer the simple question. Sounds like all they care about their customer is their wallet. When he was done, he took a few minutes to explain how the plumbing in my house works, how to turn the water valves off to prevent freezing during the cold snap and a plan to address the other issues that weren't fixed yet. He gave me some preventative maintenance tips as well. Bryan W. was the man! After dealing with George Brazil, it became very clear that this is a company that cares deeply about their reputation and about customer satisfaction.
