Best Flooring Remodel in Phoenix AZ

We called this company to repair our toilet that would constantly flush on its own. An hour and $350 in repairs later, the problem was still there. So we called them back and asked to come install a new toilet (which we bought on our own) the next day. They took about an hour and charged $380. While installing, the technician mistakenly pulled down our shower curtain (next to the toilet) and broke it beyond repair. When we talked to their customer service to get reimbursed for our new $40 curtain rod, the customer service agent basically told my husband the tension rod fell down on its own and that payment seems unlikely (even after the employee reported the incident). $770 plus the cost of the new toilet later, I am thankful the job is done but will never use this company again due to terrible customer service and outrageous pricing.

Service was great. Our hot water heater went out and they replaced it the same day we called. Can’t remember the name of the plumber that came out but he was awesome. Would definitely recommend them.

It was great working with these guys. They treat their workers and clients with honesty and respect.
