The technician from Hays, Mike, has been out to my house twice in the last month to fix my A/C unit, and he is fantastic. Very professional, quick, and friendly during both visits. I will continue to work with this company, simply because of Mike.

Gary Garcia was my tech and was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. He was very thorough and walked me through all the options before performing the service. After installing the new thermostat, he took me through the wi fi set up and made sure it worked perfectly before leaving.
