Best Energy Audit in Phoenix AZ

We called Parker and Sons on a Saturday morning and this is our experience.We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom pipe that leaked into our downstairs hallway, creating a balloon of water in the ceiling. We were able to take down the dry wall and find the leak.We made the call to Parker and Sons around 10a.m. and were warned that we had an open appointment for the day ( it could take to 7 pm for a tech). Not 20 minutes later Lance called and said he would be at our house in 30 minutes.He was very honest, respectful, and cared about our needs. He repaired the leak in less than 1 hour and tightened a sink faucet (one I had plans to tighten) without hesitation or cost.This was the best service I have had ever on an emergency call and for under $400, I couldn't be happier.

I could not thank this company more we had an emergency unexpected leak and they sent over Jason not only was he super personable , professional , and knowledgeable but he really cared about the work he did for our family. An unexpected leak turned into a big job replacing old pipes and relief that this will never happen again. Jason brought two guys over and they started bright and early to ensure my family wouldn’t go without water for long. I am so grateful and would highly recommend this company to anyone !!
