You just earned a customer for life!!!Garrett conducted a second option inspection today on my central air unit. Let me tell you he was the most professional technician you could wish to encounter. He was very thorough on his inspection of our system. He conducted several tests on the unit itself, checking for leaks, functional testing and amount of Freiburg in the system. He observed the unit cycling and recorded temp check in every at every supply vent. He then explained that there were zero issues to be found and zero repairs required.The second opinion was requested due to (what I thought was reputable company I have dealt with for years and originally installed our system) performed an inspection and clean the day prior; but then came the issues. I was informed several items had to be replaced also the system would have to be recharged after the repairs were completed. All of this to the tune of $1,221.20.Amazing how drastically different diagnosis on a system could be from one company to another...guess it is based on how you obtain and retain customers.The reason the review is rather lengthy is because it is refreshing for a company to have a technician that has integrity and honesty as a core value.Garrett should be recognized for displaying what I feel is the culture of George Brazil HVAC,Treat your customers with respect and honesty and you will have a customer for life!

We now consider our a/c going out exactly when it did as a blessing! If not, we wouldn’t have met Nathan W. Nathan - you’re the BEST!
