Last year in the dead heat of summer we had Ethan Cardis as our technician when our AC went out. He was absolutely wonderful getting us up and running again. Today one year later he arrived to do our system maintenance. His services were once again superb. His customer service is outstanding and he is very caring and professional. Parker and sons should feel honored to have someone so wonderful representing your company.

We were having an issue with an AC unit that shut off at night for around 2 hours on its own. We had one technician come out and correctly identify an issue with the start up circuits, and those were replaced.The unit still shut off when it felt like it. Robert made a follow up call and after checking the system, identified the issue and made a repair. We are now 1 week into the fix, everything is working great.Robert was friendly, efficient and did an excellent job.
