I needed to replace my dish washer because of a leak. After making the appointment for the next day I mentioned the lead and the nice lady had some one out in a couple of hours. Tony came and was just great. He had to get a small part that was missing from the dish washer that I had bought. I have only great things to say about this company and Tony. After being quoted a price 3 times the amount of what they charged me I am pleased to recommend them to everyone.

My name is Manny Garcia, I live in Phoenix at 3116 n. 17th Ave. 85015. On Monday morning 3/16/15 at 7am I called Water Heaters Only because they had replaced my water heater 10-12 years ago. I spoke with Paul who was very helpful gave me an estimate for the replacement and said they would have a tech out between 1pm and 5pm. Well about 2:30 your tech: Don S. showed up well prepared for the job, which he completed in about 2 hrs. Don was professional and seemed really proud of his work. That pride in a job well done is very important to me. He even swept the sidewalk where he had brought the unit into our patio. By 5pm we had a great working heater and lots of hot water.
