I was very pleased with the result of the toilet repair and the honesty and choices offered on the bathtub options. I found this company trustworthy AND the repair the best toilet repair result I have had since in this house (the other bathroom had a similar issue a few years back). ..possibly due to his attention to detail and testing after the repair. I was also impressed on how the office followed up the same evening to make sure I was happy with the appointment result.

The idea of repiping our whole home was very stressful. Igor and his crew with Universal Plumbing took care of everything and some. Igor and his crew were amazingly fast, without jeopardizing the quality of the work being performed. It took the crew about 12 hours to complete the work plus another 12 hours for a crew to patch and texture. Igor coordinated everything including the city inspection. In hindsight, my wife and I were stressing over nothing as Igor took care of it all. Very happy with the work, professionalism, record time and the follow up calls from Universal Plumbing.
