I was very impressed by Alex in particular and his level of professionalism, expertise and responsiveness. He answered all of my many questions and did a great job hydrojetting my sewer line. My hot water tank recirculating pump stopped working so I called Smiley Plumbing and Walt came right away. He said the pump had burned out so he replaced it and tested the system. When I asked him how much he said that the pump was still under warranty and so was the service call. No charge. I have used him for several years now and he has always done a first rate job and stands behind his work. I am always confident that he will do the job right the first time.
