Best Clean Light Switches in Phoenix AZ

I waited all day today which their window is from 8-4pm. I had disbatch team call 3 times and now it it 4pm and when they called to tell me unfortunatly their tech is running behind and unable to do the job. I needed a tub removed and he stated at 4pm I will have to call my manager to see if we even are able to do that! Why wasnt this called and discussed weeks prior when the appointment was made. I will be going Ben franklin plumbing for this job and will not be using or recommending for future jobs.

Very good experience. The technician called me beforehand to ensure I was home. I also got a text from the company with a photo of the tech and a short personal note about the tech. Sean completed the inspection in the time indicated, showed me a video of my equipment and what is needed and gave me different options with estimated costs. This was a very efficient and informative appointment.

I could not have been more pleased! He did work on both the house I was selling as well as the one I bought. He showed up on time, was very professional, did excellent work and repaired the problems. His prices were lower than I expected them to have to pay for the work he did. He made no attempt to sell me anything I didn’t need. I felt that he was honest and dependable. I recommend him highly and will DEFINITELY be calling him the next time I need a plumber!!
