We had an main plumbing line emergency this morning and Parker and Sons got someone out immediately. Royce Christiansen was our technician and he did a great job. He was quick and efficient and got a major repair fixed quickly and got out water turned back on in a matter of a few hours. We appreciate his experience and hard work.

I called at 9 am and Jon, the electrician showed up at 11:30 and we we're not a preferred customer with special service promised. Jon was excellent.
