I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Should have listened to the bad reviews. I was extremely disappointed with a last minute cancellation. I find it incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. They simply left a voicemail saying they got too busy with other jobs.

The technician was LATE (x3) Different times. Then when he finally showed up he only partially completed the job claiming that he needed to go to another job location. - Even though over the phone he committed to finishing the job in the morning. This was after the the third attempt to reschedule - All missed appointments were related to the same technician failure to be on time. I PAid for the work completed but I will never use this company If this technician ( Jordan ) is involved.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
