I had water coming through my landing light, which I discovered was the result of a leak in my loft water tank, so I called James late at night for help. He walked me through what he thought it was (I provided pictures, which he reviewed) and told me what I needed to do to end the evening. The next afternoon, he came around and fixed the problem (pressure issue) while explaining everything to me. I appreciated his promptness and clarity in explaining everything. He is also extremely reasonable! Thank you, James.

I recently had GreenStar Plumbing's plumber, Ronnie, come out to unclog our drain line. He was very courteous and professional, and he identified the problem with their camera. He was done with the job in about half an hour and their prices were extremely reasonable. Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

PlumbNOW replaced a water heater in our old house and installed a new tankless water heater in our new house. Gary is professional, extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We will go to Gary and Tom for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Because this company does business with my now former home warranty company(Old Republic), I will never do business with them. The warranty company is disreputable, so any company that chooses to do business with them is awful.

I would not recommend this plumbing company. My warranty company assigned my water issue to them. They they determined I needed new water heater. After 6 months we stopped getting hot water. I called the manufacture and they that I was covered for parts through the manufacture and labor through this plumbing company. I called the plumbing and they said that labor is only covered for 30 days. REALLY, brand new water and I have a 30 day labor warranty. The tech or owner was not willing to come out and fix it. He said I would have to go through the Warranty and get charged 75 bucks. Also, I called the plumber 2 times and he never returned my calls until I called him for the 3rd time. Horrible experience.
