We have used his services twice now you can literally tell by the look of his work how well the repair was done. First time I ran into crisis while having washer and dryer delivered with the watter connection being corroded and leaking. The appliance delivery people literally left me hanging with this problem and the excitement of getting new washer and dryer quickly turned into nightmare. Mark understood the urgency of this situation and extended his work day, just to come help us. I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise as I literally had watter leaking and I wasn't sure how long I could keep up with drying it so that the tile underneath wouldn't get damaged. I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.
