Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

Was great service and very knowledgeable and when the initial diagnosis was incorrect he quickly found the problem and fixed it.

We recently converted our wood fireplace to gas in our 1927 historic home. Because the age of our home, plaster walls and fireplace this project was not simply cut and dry. I appreciate the extra effort RP Gas Piping took to accommodate my cosmetic request while accomplishing the functional update. We have had a lot of contractors in and out of our home over the years and the entire team at RP Gas was by far one of the best we've worked with. From office staff, scheduling, bidding and install they were professional, curious and wiling to go the extra mile to meet my request which wasn't the quickest/easier install. I would highly recommend this company.

Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. He was able to add us in his schedule on a busy Friday afternoon. He seems to go the extra mile and called back a couple day's later to see if everything was ok on our end. Thank you Chris!

Writing this review due to how your employees act out on the field and how that’s a reflection of your business . This morning my wife was taking a run in queen creek station and if she hadn’t jumped out of the bike lane she would have gotten ran over by your workers. She went back to work site to ask if they saw her the young employee retaliated vocally back at her saying they where looking for directions and other words instead of paying attention on the road! If this is the type of people you hire really speaks volumes of how your business is ran!

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.

They are not reliable. I called and made an appointment and they never called or showed up.

A great company. They always have what you need in stock.
