Upon moving into my new home, I realized I would have to replace the water heater immediately because of its age. I did my research online, and chose Water Heaters Only to do the job. And I'm glad I did! Trevor, my technician, was on time, courteous, and did a great job. I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

After a big error done by our home builder's construction team drilling an enormous oversized hole for our reverse osmosis system into our new kitchen's counter, nobody was able to help me finding an extra large faucet that could be installed for our RO system. Then I called Nick and he started searching immediately for a solution and was able to find a manufacturer that sells custom faucets within a short time. Nick's great effort and professionalism finding me the perfect faucet deserves ten stars! Immensely grateful that this error was corrected thanks to Nick's dedication and professionalism.

I wish we could review their actual work, however, that would have required them to respond back to the work order that they agreed to fulfill with our home warrant company. We called Friday morning at 8:30am and Centurion accepted our work order. We cancelled all plans Friday to be available to them. We called (no response, and a full voicemail box), texted, and emailed multiple times - never got a response. Saturday our home warranty company spoke with Troy who said that he would come to the home that day. He did not know what time, but would call when he was in route. That was at about 8:30am again. At 7:30PM..... still no response from Centurion. If you do not want a job, then just don't accept it. If something comes up and you cannot keep your promise for when work will be completed, then reach out to notify the home owner and / or the home warranty company. This just isn't how you should conduct business.

Allen was very professional and honest. My sink was at a stand still, he came out and fixed it very fast, waited around to make sure it was done properly, which I very much appreciated. If you are looking for a good plumber look no further
