He took his time to explain everything including when we encountered additional problems. He showed up on short notice and fixed my leak and gave advice to address with insurance and also some preventative maintenance. I will definitely work with him again in the future. Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work.
