He was able to come out same day for an emergency because my toliet wasn't flushing at all. And the plumbers that was called out 2 days before (from a different company) didn't do a great job! He was pretty quick! He was also very professional and you can tell he wanted to get the job done versus the previous plumbers who was quick to get in and out! My toilet is back flushing and working even better! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs any type of toilet, faucet or pipe repair! Thanks again!

McClain brothers was recommended by a friend of mine. I used them in two occasions and attempted to use on one more occasion.In the first occasion, they worked on a burst pipe in kitchen, and then ended up redoing the entire bathroom! They said insurance will cover and started working on demolishing, and then guess what insurance didn't cover and I ended up paying +8K for a burst pipe. The bathroom they ended up doing was very poor in quality.In the second occasion, they replaced a faucet with no issues.In the last occasion, they just didn't show up. No text, no emails, no phone calls, no response to my follow upsDone with them.
