I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

We called Zoom Drain because we had a serious plumbing issue on a Sunday. They were able to get out to us within 24 hours, and were able to give us clarity on the issue. Mike Sweeney was courteous and professional but more importantly to me, he took the time to explain the issue to me and lay out the options for us at every decision point.The fact that Mike made sure I understood the situation to me was invaluable especially considering that we are first time home buyers. I have used McLoughlin Plumbing on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the honest work the service technician has provided. Most recently I called on a Thursday afternoon to see if someone could come the next afternoon and even asked for a specific time. They did it! The work was done quickly and when I asked for advice about future work that should be done, I got an honest answer - nothing urgent! Can't really say how their prices compare, but I feel I am being treated fairly.
