These guys are top notch. I’ve had them come out to run new pipes for a sink, leak detection coming from the ceiling of my dining room, toilet flange repair and now faucet installation. Every time they are professional, precise and on time. Their pricing has been very reasonable considering the price of everything right now. And they are always clean and respectful of my home. Used them once and won’t go anywhere else ?

Billy and Jimmy came on time both days and were super friendly and professional. They explained the situation thoroughly and clearly knew what they were talking about. They were even helpful in recommending services for other work that can be done. Prices were very fair and we could not be happier with the work. Great service, affordable prices and honorable work

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

I set up appointments for 2 of my properties and he never showed up, never called nothing.

Awesome experience! After having issues with another company showing up late and rescheduling, I put in a request for a quote through Google. They came the very next day and were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. So happy we found this company since it's very hard to find people who will come and fix the issue without a lot of fuss! Also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them!

Paid him $475 to fix the leak on my basement. Leak again the next day. Promise to come back, but never pick up the phone again.

The owner is completely disrespectful and rude. Do not hire. They block up the street where their garages are and refuse to move their vehicles. He told me today “well I own all the garages and I’m making money so I don’t care”Completely disrespectful to the neighborhood.
