Great service, affordable prices and honorable work

I have used Joe Giannone on a variety of projects. Ranging from small repairs to large scale commercial projects. Joe's knowledge of plumbing systems, commercial and residential is extensive and unmatched. Joe's experience in larger scale projects proved immeasurable. All projects no matter the size were done professionally, on time and at the budgeted price. Joe and his team were always on time, courteous and left the work site clean. Joe's admin/office team, April and Lorraine, are just as great. They are both a pleasure to deal with. Always polite, responsive and make us feel like family when we call with questions on scheduling and other matters. Excellent job clean and a great price

I would have loved the opportunity to review the service, but no work was ever performed. I called on 8/10 and was able to get an appointment for 8/23, with a window of 9a-11a. When no one called or showed up by 11:07a, I called the office to confirm that I was on the schedule for that day. Graham assured me that I was, and that he would try to get an ETA of the plumber (Julio). When I didn't hear back from him for another hour, I called again, and Graham simply said that he never heard back from Julio. No apology offered. I've now waited two weeks and wasted a day off from work for a job that never got done.
