Best Mini Split A C Systems in Philadelphia PA

This review is overdue. Several years ago a difficult to access/replace upscale shower fixture in our master bath had to be replaced. Several other plumbers were either not interested due to the complexity of the job or provided plans/quotes which were too involved and costly. Bob was responsive and provided a comprehensive plan which was executed seamlessly, coordinating the tile and plumbing work at a reasonable cost. I was very impressed with being provided with a total solution for an involved project with an excellent result.

Very disappointed. Worked with Ed Hughes for a few years now.This last job I had a leaking shower. They charged me $450 to caulk some tiles. They couldn't find the leak and the problem persisted.Paid for another plumber who identified the problem immediately for half the price. He asked why Ed Hughes didn't even look at the drain.I've called Ed Hughes numerous times over the last couple weeks and the women on the phone are always fantastic but for some reason they can't get the plumbers to call me back.Really trying to understand what I paid $450 for? Would really like my money back.
