Spoke with Mr Thompson, and gave me sound advice on how to resolve my issue. He told he could not get to me the same day and offered a suggestion which corrected my problem. Had them come out to unclog drain and inspect plumbing issues. They were the only place that correctly diagnosed my plumbing issues during first interaction. Will definitely use them in the future.
